Cancellation Policy Class Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel 30 days or more from the class start date, a full refund will be given.

If you cancel within 30 days of the event start date, a credit for the amount of the event cost will be issued and no refund will be given. Credits are the same as a reschedule, and must be used within 6 months and only one credit (reschedule) will be issued per course registration. If a discounted rate was offered on the initial purchase, that amount will be issued as a credit (if the rescheduled class is a higher amount than the discounted rate, you must pay the difference).

If you need to reschedule, you must do so before class begins. After class begins, no credit will be issued. If you don’t attend class, or have to leave after class begins, no credit will be given, however you can retake the same class within 6 months for a 50% discount of the class cost. If you need to reschedule more than once, a $99 rescheduling fee will be added for each reschedule.

No show/no call to class is will result in forfeited registration fees.

Why can’t I receive a refund or full credit to another class after class has started?

We only have a limited number of spots in each class, and often students would like to take a class but it is sold out. If we don’t allow a student into a class, and you don’t show up for class but want to be moved to another class date, we have now lost the spot in the original class you registered for, and a spot in the rescheduled class. Self-Paced Course Cancellation & Refund Policy: self-paced courses have an access period of 180 days from the date of purchase (unless it is a subscription). Courses must be completed within 180 days of purchase. If you do not complete the course within 180 days, no refunds will be given. After the course access period, you will no longer have access to the course.

You can request a refund for a self-paced course under the following conditions.

1) The purchase was made within the previous 7 calendar days and

2) You have not completed more than 25% of the course.

If the following conditions are met, a 90% refund of the original purchase price will be issued.

All IICRC exam fees and other fee’s are the responsibility of the student. If you change your course date, you must talk to the IICRC to have them change your exam date.

No, you can’t get a credit, move to another course more than 30 days out and receive a refund. If you are issued a credit, you cannot received a refund. If your credit expires (after 6 months) another credit will not be issued.

Remediation Training & Consulting (RTC) reserves the right to cancel classes and/or change class start and end times at any point.
