Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Class:

    • If you cancel 30 days or more before the class starts, you receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellation Within 30 Days Of Class:

    • If you cancel less than 30 days before the class, you won’t get a refund. Instead, you’ll receive a credit equal to the event cost that serves as a reschedule option.
    • Key points for this credit:
      • It must be used within 6 months.
      • Only one credit (or reschedule) is allowed per course registration.
      • If you originally paid a discounted rate, your credit will be for that discounted amount. If the new class costs more, you are responsible for the difference.
      • If you need to reschedule again after using your first credit, you must pay the full class cost
  3. Rescheduling Guidelines:

    • You must reschedule before the class begins. Once the class starts, no credit or reschedule will be issued.
    • No Call/No Show will result in your registration fees being forfeited.
    • If the class has started, and you need to change to another course date or were a no show, you can retake the same class within 6 months at a 50% discount on the class cost. Only one 50% discount is allowed per course registration. Students must request a 50% discount within 7 days of the course ending.

Why No Refund or Full Credit After Class Begins?

Our class sizes are limited, and spots fill up quickly. If you cancel or fail to attend after the class has started, it not only affects your attendance but also means we lose a spot for another student in both the original and any rescheduled class. This is why we cannot offer a full refund or full credit after class begins.
