How to Use the Webcam Test Tool
Follow these steps to quickly check if your webcam is working properly:
1️⃣ Allow Camera Access
→ Click “Start Test” and grant permission when your browser asks to access your webcam.
2️⃣ Check Your Webcam Preview
→ A live video preview should appear. Confirm that:
✔️ The image is clear and properly lit.
✔️ There’s no lag, freezing, or distortion.
✔️ The camera is correctly positioned.
3️⃣ Test Your Camera’s Features (Optional)
→ Use available options to:
✔️ Switch between multiple webcams (if you have more than one).
✔️ Adjust brightness, contrast, or resolution (if supported).
✔️ Test microphone sync (if the webcam has a built-in mic).
4️⃣ Troubleshoot If Needed
→ If your webcam isn’t working:
✔️ Check if another app is using your webcam.
✔️ Ensure drivers are up-to-date.
✔️ Try refreshing the page or restarting your browser.
